Nature of goods: MyOwnERP is a digital software service. We do not ship any physical products.

How we deliver

• Delivery method: Access is delivered digitally—via dashboard login and confirmation email. We may also share links over WhatsApp on request.
• Provisioning time: For self-serve plans, access is typically available immediately after successful payment. For assisted onboarding, access is provided within 24 working hours.
• What you receive: Payment receipt, workspace URL, and admin login instructions.

Shipping charges

No shipping fees apply because no physical shipment is involved.

Service availability & coverage

Services are available across India (and globally for supported features). Planned maintenance windows, if any, are notified in advance on the dashboard/email.

Non-delivery or delays

• If you do not receive the activation email within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder.
