We use WhatsApp and email to help our clients send invoices, payment links, and support updates. We collect only what is needed to provide the service and keep records for compliance. We do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company details for admins and team members.
- Customer data our clients provide: recipient name, phone/email, invoice metadata, payment amounts, due dates, and optional notes.
- Messaging data from WhatsApp: message content you send through us, delivery/read receipts, and basic profile info returned by WhatsApp (e.g., display name, phone).
- Operational data: login and audit logs, device/browser info, and error traces used for security and support.
- Payments: we do not store card/bank details; gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree) process them directly.
How we use data
- Deliver invoices, payment links, and support notifications via WhatsApp and email.
- Show message history, delivery/read status, and reconciliation status to authorized users.
- Provide customer support, security monitoring, audits, and to meet legal/tax requirements.
- Improve reliability and detect abuse (spam, fraud, unauthorized access).
Sharing and processors
- Channels: Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver and receive messages.
- Payments: payment gateways you connect (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree) for collections.
- Hosting and email: trusted cloud/communication providers under data protection terms.
- We do not sell personal data. We share only with processors needed to run the service or when required by law.
Retention
- Account and billing records: kept while your account is active and for any legally required retention period.
- Message content and delivery logs: typically retained up to 180 days for support and audit unless you request deletion sooner (subject to legal holds).
- Security logs: retained for a limited time to detect and investigate misuse.
Security
- HTTPS enforced; HSTS and WAF enabled.
- Role-based access, audit trails, and least-privilege for support staff.
- Backups with restricted access; no card data is stored by us.
Your choices and rights
- Opt-out: recipients may opt out of WhatsApp/email notifications; clients must honor and record opt-outs.
- Access/Deletion: email [email protected] with your number/email to request a copy or deletion of data. We will verify identity and respond within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law.
- Data correction: request updates to inaccurate information via the same email.
